o Clearance or final sale items.
o Specialized products such as spa baths, smart bidet seats, and custom shower screens.
How Long Do You Have?
You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. Beyond this period, returns cannot be processed.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
How to Return Your Item

2. Follow Shipping Instructions: Once your form is approved, we’ll send you return shipping details within 48 hours.
3. Package Carefully: Use the original packaging and include your order or invoice number on the parcel.
Shipping Costs
