What Can Be Returned?

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

· It is unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

· Items that cannot be returned include:

Custom-sized or modified products (e.g., stone tops with cut holes, custom vanities, etc.).

Clearance or final sale items.

Specialized products such as spa baths, smart bidet seats, and custom shower screens.

 


 

How Long Do You Have?

You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. Beyond this period, returns cannot be processed.

 


 

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

 


 

How to Return Your Item

1. Request Authorization: Complete the online Return Form to begin the process.

2. Follow Shipping Instructions: Once your form is approved, we’ll send you return shipping details within 48 hours.

3. Package Carefully: Use the original packaging and include your order or invoice number on the parcel.

 


 

Shipping Costs

· Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. 

· For returns, we will email you the return address.

 


 

Refund Process

· Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

· If you’re exchanging for another item, any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

 


 

For Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

· DO NOT INSTALL IT. Contact us immediately through our Warranties and Services Form or email us at info@renostar.com.au.

· We’ll work to provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.
